| underground
there are a few secret rooms and tunnels under the academy. doctors use these for their experiments.

| sub level one
this level is dedicated to just the students who have graduated but, aren't ready to leave the facility just yet.

| basement
yeah, it's pretty dark down here. some ghosts tend to hang around here sometimes. it's locked so, students aren't down here without a teacher or doctor friend with them.

all the teachers and doctors have offices here.

this area is for the students. they can hang around in the various rooms. there's a media room, game room, etc.

| grounds (3 sub-boards)
northwood has extensive grounds. it's surrounded by forest and mountains but, surrounding the school are grassy areas with a few trees. an electric fence surrounds the grounds but, most don't make it that far before getting caught.

| bus & train depot
there are only three ways to get to northwood. by bus, train, or driving yourself.

| general store
yup, that's right a general store. they sell things from tools to stamps. whatever you may need is here. it also serves as the post office.

| the pine cone
the pine cone is a small diner with the local saloon adjacent to it. a wall separates the two businesses.

| the pine inn
a small hotel with about twenty rooms. if parents visit, this is where they stay. other than than, the place is pretty empty. a crazy, little old lady runs it.

| northwood school
northwood has a small three story school for the regular kids that live here. not many attend. most regular kids are home schooled in this town.

| spotted lake
the vast lake in town. the locals fish here, some swim. it's called "spotted lake" for the small, mile or two long & wide islands that are scattered around the lake.

| the church
there is a small church, with a graveyard right next to it. service every sunday at eight.

| the mines
this used to be a mining town so, there are few abandoned mining shafts. it's not recommended to poke around. they aren't really all that safe.
